I have no pending payments. I have no balances. I have payed paypal back in full and all my transactions are completed! ive been trying to close my account for days now because i simply do not want it anymore. Yet paypal resfues to close my account claiming i still have pending transactions and this is completely false! I am outraged by this and demand to know why paypyal will not close my account, this is horrible customer service.
