I need clients to be able to set up recurring charges with a credit card and without creating a PayPal account. Some of them get spooked when they only have two options: either use an existing accoiunt or set up a new one (apparently). Does checking the latter option actually create a PP account or not? What dfoes "Where available" mean? The Learn More link tells me nothing.
