Hello! I just received my prepaid paysafeCARD with logo MasterCard! Now i want to add it to my paypal account and cant do it... i get message this card cant be added! why? thats the reason why i ordered it, i want to upload money to paysafeCARD and then pay for services from it, so paypal wont take money from my bank acc, but from paysafeCARD! maybe because i have no money on it for now, and they can validate it? so what to do?
