I have the PayPal credit account, and set up a direct debit about a month ago. It's shows direct debit is set up as I wanted to pay more than the minimum. Logged in yesterday as wasn't sure why the payment hadn't been taken to find a late payment charge and a lovely email telling me how to set up a direct debit. Sent a message who sent a response back about how to pay!!!! Ive sent one back telling them I've got direct debit set up and I'm sure it invalidates the direct debit payment as they didn't take it. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do?
