I think after you bought the prepaid card in a store,you have to wait for the official card they sent you in the mail with your name etc before you can link it and get serious with it. I dont use one,but this is what I read from this forum. (it makes sense,you cannot just grab a card in a drugstore and start moving money in and out between paypal and this card) hope this helps
