After paypal found my account to be connected to another one which someone refunded payment for a virtual item (Which I understand they can't prove who is wrong and favor the buyer so it is my fault in their eyes) they limited my account. And I tried to connect a bank account so I can withdraw it but they wont let me as it is limited. So now what happens I don't what them withdrawing money from my bank account, I would rather them just take it out of the balance, and whenever I try to contact them I get this even though I never sent in anything. my account was limited and when i hit the notifican button and clicked on the notifcation it said we're revewing your submission and we'll get back to you or lift the limitation in2 days, even though I never sent anything, can someone explain waht this means? ... View more

About a year ago I sold a virtual account to a kid who long story short refunded his payment and kept the account. So I had a paypal balance of about -106 as I spent the money. So as I did not feel like I owed that money I made a new account. Now they are saying they appear to be linked and are investigating so what should I do? Make yet another paypal and try differing this one, I can't lose the money I have right now and i dont knwo what to do ... View more
