@gillo1234 Did you get a paypal email to say a refund had been made? Is the refund showing in your transaction history just not in your balance? How did you fund the payment that was refunded, bank transfer or a debit or credit card? If you want to phone customer services click on ''Contact Us'' bottom of any paypal page > scroll to the bottom and click on Call Us.
