Hi, a few days ago i send a payment to a friend in germany but turn out that recently checking my PayPal account i found out that thoses payment i had send says "pending" why? I dont know cuz like a month ago i send him money without any problems. When i look for details it says not claim or something like that. Somebody can help on this issue? Thanks
