I bought a bottom end to a motor, once I finally got it I installed new top end and gaskets, and when I got it running and tries to shift the transmission was messed up, seller guaranteed its a good motor, when I opened the side case, the nut holding the clutch hub I could spin with fingers same with the timing chain gear but, so I tightened and all that. Back to when I was trying to ride it, told seller about the bottoms end, he was real apologetic and good about it and refunded money back, I then had to look for another one which I purchased off of ebay, along with another gasket set, oil, and stuff, he also sent 90 dollars for shipping back the defective bottom end, well the combination of working out of state, being sick and everyday life I haven't had a chance to ship back plus as I was working on the new motor and run into an issue with it I'd contact the guy cause he's familiar with these engines and would tell me to try like the stator off the defective motor and what not, anyways well he opened a claim against me and slandered me on Facebook saying I lied stole his motor and money and all the hype, well what about my money, down time close to 2 months, extra set of gaskets I Bought, oil and labor to deal with this defective engine,, what are my options and or what should I do, I don't have a problem refunding him back the 90 minus the cost of my 2 gaskets sets and oil, what's fair?
