I was looking for a larg (ish) payment on my bank account for a purchase made, it wasn't there, when i checked PayPal it was on the pay after delivery option which l hadn't activated . Rang PayPal and they admitted a problem with this and have now turned it off completely their end. Success, but need to ring PayPal.
