Steam refund to paypal is less than what I paid

I recently (16th jan) got csgo on steam for £11.99, and I could not run it well so I got it refunded.  It took until today for it to finally finish pending but to my surprise there is only £5 in my paypal rather than 11.99   Anyone have any idea why this is and what to do? ... View more
