Basically, I am trying to send money to a family member, they have never used paypal before so they set up an account and I sent the money. The issue is that they need to verify their email address to get access to it but everytime they try to they keep getting an error saying "something went wrong at our end We're having trouble confirming your email address at the moment, please click again on the link we sent you" They have tried multiple times over the past few days and it still won't work. Any suggestions?
