Charge back for item sold on eBay.

So last month I sold an item on eBay, buyer paid and I shipped the item(no issues there). My auction indicated that returns were not accepted. Buyer contacted me about a return(Via eBay) and I responded that I would be unable to return item. Item sold was an automotive accessory that would likely require profesional installation. My listing indicated what vehicles it would fit along with a part number, I didn't mention that it was DIY friendly or not(as I would not know the competence level of the buyers), but searching via the part number would yeild the OEM installation instructions. Well on Jan 5th the buyer submitted a case via PayPal(PayPal only emailed my yahoo email, which I haven't used since the hacking incident that was recently revealed). Buyer submitted case as "not as described" which is completely false, but since I never recieved the emails(and the PayPal app never notified me) the case was closed in favor of the buyer. At this point is there anything that I can do? The fault should be with the buyer, as he failed to research the product that he was purchasing and I clearly stated no returns on my eBay listing.   Thank you ... View more
