I made an order via paypal from my local Papajohns. The order came to £25, including £10 for two boxes of chicken poppers. When they delivered the order, they said they didn't have any chicken poppers and would bring me something else. I don't like and didn't want any of their other sides, so I asked them to refund that £10. The delivery man argued with me for a while, trying to persuade me to accept something else, and when I refused, he went away looking devastated. The chicken poppers were what I really wanted, I only ordered the pizza to get the order above the minimum spend for delivery. If they'd called me and told me they didn't have any chicken poppers, I would have cancelled the order. Still, I won't quibble over the pizza, I just want the £10 back for the chicken I didn't receive. They haven't refunded me voluntarily, so how do I go about this? Can I ask paypal to step in and give me a partial refund, do I click item not received or not as described?
