This has been ongoing for 8 days now and I've lost countless orders due to this problem. And i am yet to identify what is causing this problem. I have made over 10 calls to the support team and they all tell me there's nothing wrong with my account. I have also submitted 2 tickets to the Merchant Technical Support and am yet to receive a response. There is no link in the automated email from the MTS team so I can't even check on the status of my issue. I've attached the error message I received when i asked a friend to run a test order: On another note, I have just received an email from PayPal saying my account has been downgraded to a Premier account... Something which i didn't initiate and I'm completely confused to what this now means for my account
