Is anyone else finding tyhat PAYPAL is overcharging on international transactions? I paid for something in EBAY using a credit card that does not have any transaction fees and I was charged about $20 too much by PAYPAL. EBAY has told me I should be charged the lesser amount but PAYPAL is now trying to charge back the seller(which is not where the problem is) for the $20 when it's PAYPAL charging the additional amount. I am concerned that PAYPAL is doing this for anyone purchasing like I did, by bypassing PAYPAL transaction fees, by charging directly to a credit card.
