Last month I paid for an item over PayPal invoice. Since then I have lost contact with the seller, I have not been sent a tracking number, and I have not been able to start a dispute. PayPal's system will not let me file a dispute as everytime I select the "Report a Problem" link, I get redirected to a page which states "Sorry, an error has occured after you clicked the link". This is clearly frustrating. I have tried to contact PayPal about this over their message system, but I have now been messaged the same automated and unhelpful how to dispute a purchase instructions 3 times.
