Hi everyone - do need your help.. Payed for the item 29th September. Parcel (tablet) was shipped from Netherlands 5th of November. 5th of January I opened and escalated a case for the seller. Nearly 3 mont of waiting - no additional info, just reg number. Few days ago have bought a Tablet. And today.. I received a notice from my local post office, that parcel arrived I do not need this tablet any more. Can I change a dispute reason from not receiving to "too long shipping". Whan can I expect - a partial refund? the parcel is still in the post office.. WHAT WOULD YOU DO????? many thanks in advance for your advices
