Hi, I've never had a credit card before and I'm having trouble understanding the rates & fees page for the Extras MasterCard. Can someone please evaluate this and see if I thought over this correctly: 1. Use the card for a cash advance to transfer to a friend's PayPal address 2. Pay the next week to avoid the 23 day interest rate fee 3. For the sake of the example, let's say I sent $35. The rates & fees page says: Either $5.00 USD or 3.00% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater. So that means I would pay the $5 fee and that's it? No other fees at all?
