I bought a smart watch for 24 GBP. It turns out is came from abroad and arrived at my door with a charge of 18 GBP duty. I refused to pay this and sent the goods away. I then claimed a refund from the supplier. They refused so I raised a claim with PayPal. They have contacted the supplier who claims that the goods were delivered and so have cloased the case. I am now 24GBP out of pocket. How can I get my money back?
