So I am new to paypal, To start I received a bill through email and paid it but in the process it didnt work. So when i saw this I logged into my paypal account and sent money to the payee that way (account balance was zero). A few day later it shows in my bank account of the amount coming out of my bank account twice. Once was for the original invoice that had failed and one was for the one i sent directly from paypal account. Now my paypal has a negative balance and the amount has been withdrawn twice from my account. Also the person i sent i to received a payment twice. We contacted them and he refunded us the money to our paypal account. So i logged into my paypal account and my account said zero balance. Where did my refund go? ... View more
