I have been with Paypal for the last 5 years or so and have used the same credit card. After this time they know who I am and how I pay. All info has gone to the same email address. The only disputes have been with bad Ebay sellers (taken payment and not sent probucts). I now am told that PayPal has to have my bank info or get one of their credit cards or have a limit on my spending. I feel that my bank info is personal and will not give in out and I have more than enough credit cards. I have no idea if the limit is set and will go up when paid or if it will go to zero and I can no longer purchase using PayPal. If the latter is the case then I will no longer shop on Ebay or anyone else that wants to use PayPal for payment.
