I think I received I scam email saying it was from paypal. It was about a purchase on spotify. I checked my account and there is no such purchase. Isn't there an email to guard these kinds of things?

I received an email saying my account had been limited. I reported it to spoof, but there are no signs that it's a fake email. How do I find out WHY my account is limited and how do I fix it? I have no pending disputes or transactions.
