Just a quick update:   Ok so I finally got a response from PayPal support. According to them, all I have to do is make the new Visa as my primary card and i've already done that the moment I added it. I honestly can't be sure if this solves the problem because PayPal likes automated responses, but I guess all I have to do is wait 1-4 days and see what happens 🙂 ... View more

Can't choose which Visa for auto funds transfer

Hi,   I have some funds in my PayPal balance and im waiting for the new month so it can be automatically transferred to my Visa for free, but the problem is that I can't choose which credit card that I want the funds to be transferred to (I have 2 credit cards under my acccount). I can't use the manual transfer option because the limit is only $500/day and the fee is $5 per transfer and that's too much for me because I will be doing a couple of transfers to move my entire balance.   I went through the entire "PayPal Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement" right here which was last updated on October 8, 2014: https://www.paypal.com/sa/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full   This is what it says in the agreement if I want to change the credit card: "You may change this by going to the “Profile” page, selecting “Manage Automatic Transfer”, and following the instructions to select your preferred financial instrument for automatic transfers."   But I can't find anything relates to "Manage Automatic Transfer" in my profile. Im sure that the issue could be with the settings that PayPal places for my country (Saudi Arabia), because I simply went through every single page in my account and I couldn't find a way to choose the right card. I even googled this and I still can't find anyone with the same issue.   According to the agreement above: "If you have more than one financial instrument linked to your PayPal account, PayPal will use the first financial instrument that you linked to your PayPal account for automatic transfers. This means that if you link a Visa credit card to your PayPal account one day, and then link a second Visa credit card to your account the next day, PayPal will use the first Visa credit card for the automatic transfer." The first credit card registered to my account is working fine and I use it all the time when I pay, but I don't want the funds to be transferred to it because the bank charges way too much fees and an unfair currency exchange rate when I receive funds to my Visa. I added a new Visa to my account that was issued by a different bank, and I want to use this new Visa for receiving my funds instead of the older one. PayPal email support was no help and I made the mistake of waiting for a reply for 2 days. I want to solve this issue ASAP before this month ends because they will automatically transfer the funds to my older Visa.   Below I attached 2 screenshots of my profile & balance page to prove that I don't have any options relating to managing my automatic transfers.
