PayPal has messed up two transactions for me.   They refuse to accept responsiblity for. the first transaction mishap; said it was my mistake. Fine. I resubmitted my withdrawal request for money to be transferred to my bank account. I received a notification that the money was being transferred to my bank account.   Yesterday, I called to make sure things were on track. A customer service rep named Abby told me that today, my money would be in my bank account. It's not there.   Instead, the second transaction wound up back in my PayPal account instead of my bank account. They empited my bank account the first time by putting money into my PayPal account, something I never wanted. They blamed me. I thought I corrected that and they sent me a notification saying I had corrected it. And now, they have put the money back into my PayPal account AGAIN, even though I have a notification saying they were transferring the money to my bank account.   I feel that PayPals' sorry is not enough. I am raging about this; it's caused delays in my life, bank charges, and more. Yet all they do is respond with their scripted answers. You can tell they don't care and I'm considering just waging a social media blitz about their bad customer service. I also fear that I will never see my money.   I am at my wit's end and have lost complete faith in this company.  I want to reach someone in charge; not customer service reps who lack the power to go above or beyond and who can't make decisions.
