I'm having the same problem here. I've tried two laptops, two operating systems, two browsers, and three internet connections with the same results. One ISP connection came back with a message stating that Paypay wanted to call me on the phone to verify my identity, which was an obvious hijacking. Looks like Paypal has been hacked.
