GREAT NEWS PayPal support answered me. I received message in my paypal message center Just need to choose topic "Business solutions" when you will write message. Seems like they pay more attention to new business then for "payment problems" topic My message was: " My card run in a currency different to my local currency UAH, I want to request for the card to be set up in USD currency. Because Now I pay for double currency conversion during payments "   They asked me which one card I want to change. Will wait and see if they can really set my card to USD ... View more

This worked for me Try it and confirm please   1. Go to the checkout, choose PayPal and fill out your login information. 2. Instead of selecting your card and the conversion options, click on Switch account and DON'T fill anything in. 3. Open a new tab, go to paypal.com and log in to your account. 4. Switch back to previous tab and fill out your PayPal login information again. 5. You will be redirected to the older version of checkout, where the conversion options is working.   I didn't invent this method, I found it on google with help of google translator. It worked for me and I hope it will work for others, who have this issue." ... View more

You are not alone. There are thousands like all over the world. I have same problem: USD card, USD invoice from seller, BUT UAH in paypal. No support from paypal at all. Facebook not answering, built-in-account message center did not help - no response, no message history - nothing... Conversion options are unchangable.... Double conversion "always on"   P.S.
