That is not correct. I had 2 items stolen. I provided absolutely irrefutable proof, actually eBay provided it to me as it was all available through my account. PayPal took 2 years to refund me for one of the items and never refunded for the other. The situation was pretty outrageous. If by proof you would accept: 1. UPS tracking, with the label generated in my eBay account, to the buyer's address where buyer signed for package 2. The Buyer emailing me through the eBay message portal that she received the item and loved it. 3. The Buyer filing an item not received dispute 4. PayPal withdrawing the money from my bank account and overdrafting my account. ... View more
