4 possibilities I can think of right off hand: -1) Was the payment sent Friends & Family? Tracking can't be added (If no, cont. #2) -2) The seller did not use "print shipping label feature" online... (or #3) -3) The seller did not use online postage AND did not get a tracking number after shipping... (or #4) -4) Depending on payment date, the seller hasn't shipped yet

I've searched & researched, I do not sell on eBay so I print my labels directly through Paypal. HOWEVER I am unable to print 2 labels at ONE time on one sheet of paper. Is there a setting I'm missing that enables this? Thank you!

Some troubleshooting things to check 🙂 Which browser are you using? Have you updated it (by choice or background) New printer? Check your PC printer settings as well as your browser print settings

I would check your browser print page settings by going to : File >> Print >> Properties >> Page Set-up (3rd tab on my pop-up) >> Page Layout: (choose) Normal or Fit-to-page (I use both with no issue)
