Hello, I was wondering. I have a Greek PayPal account and it doesn't allow me to withdraw me funds from my PP Balance to a CC or Debit Card, only Bank account. On the other hand, my Italian friend can withdraw to her Debit card with no problem. Are you having any plans into expanding this option to Greek PP customers in the near future? Thank you

Thats bad! I've thought of using my PP Balance to buy GoldMoney (BitGold) and withdraw the new balance out of the GoldMoney (BitGold) balance, but they don't accept withdrawing money from their issued Debit Card if you deposit money via the PP method. Sucks!

Thank you for your immediate response, unfortunately, Greece doesn't support withdraw to Debit Card and because of Capital Controls in my country, I would like to avoid transfering my PP Balance to the Bank.

Hello. Anynone knowing any service so I can withdraw my PP Balance to a Debit Card or an offline wallet that is linked to a Debit Card? I would like to withdraw my PP Balance on an ATM without transfering the amount via Bank Transfer. Thank you.

Is it possible to transfer my PayPal balance to a linked Debit Card apart from the Bank account? I don't want to keep the funds on my PP account, neither transfer it on a Bank. Regards.

Thank you for your kind reply. So, you're saying that there is no maximum amount to be sent/receive as long as both accounts are verified. Also, if the payments from the 'Business' account are sent as 'Gift' to the another 'simple Verified user account' they don't count on tax, correct? Thank you. PS: Regarding the 20,000$/year received, the same happens to personal accounts or only Business?

Somewhere I read that you can send only about 20,000$/year or 200 transactions. The question is, what is the maximum allowed money you can send as a Business account to a simple Verified user account per year/month as a 'Gift' (Friends-Family option)? Also, what is the maximum amount a simple Verified user can receive as a 'Gift' (Friends-Family). Thank you.

Regarding your questions, the source of the funds come from e-commerce, all legal, with issued receipts, etc. The reason of the recurring transfers is that a friend is helping with the e-commerce and I would like to have an 'under the table' salary for her help as a 'Gift'. I don't think anyone is trying to achieve anything. Just a 'Gift' and keep the money on PayPal as a safebox.
