Hello, I recently received a notification and an email about my account status, which is saying; that my receiving limit per year was over-used or whatever that means. Basically I have uploaded everything you've needed and there isn't anything I could add. Resolution center says "waiting for your response". I basically cannot respond to anything. When I click resolve button it takes me to where I was when I uploaded documents, information etc. And I cannot do anything on it, since everything was uploaded as requested. Also called EU customer service, the guy hung up twice. Any advice? I'm paying huge fees to paypal and they treat me like they were business amateurs, so? Thanks, Menth.
