Anyone else having this problem so near the holiday! I have tried to make purchases online at walmart, target, toys r us etc. which all have paypal buttons. I just get error could to try another form of payment. I just linked my billmelater acct and paypal acct. I have a large line of credit. Not sure why this is happening! Thanks! Nancy
