There are a lot of People who are not able to add a bank account to there Paypal because they creator another Paypal Ages ago and are not able to remember any of its credentials to get access to it to remove that account. I tried calling paypal and asked them to help me out with the last 3 initials fo the gmail id i created my Old Paypal. The representative said "She is not allowed " . I see there are a lot of people with the same kind of issue . I request Paypal to start a thread or find a way to help all those people who are going through the Issues of "YOUR BANK ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO ANOTHER PAYPAL" so that the struggling people can get a solution from Paypal. Please vote this post so Paypal can help us provide a Solution for the above issue that a lot of Paypal members are not able to solve.
