How does Paypal settle claims? Obviously with not reading anything or not adhering to their own terms and conditions. I sold an item on ebay, poster the item as advertised and paid for by the buyer (1st class Royal Mail) and the buyer claims it didn't turn up. I sent Paypal my proof of posting and they still found in favour of the buyer, even though the buyer is based in Latvia, the address given was in Essex and a large industrial estate, which when I googled their exact address, it doesn't appear to exist! So I have sent my item in good faith and now have no money and no item. PayPal are outrageous and do not look at anything from the seller at all! I did everything I was supposed to and as I advertised, but still I lose out!
