Exactly the same problem! Rung every day for the past 5 days and always to be told 'it will be in your account tomorrow 100%'. Same scripted generic uncaring response regardless of who you talk to. Was constantly told my case was being prioritised and I even have an email promising it would be in my account yesterday. I then asked to speak to someone in the complaints department as I can't pay my bills and the seller released my refund over 2 weeks ago so it's just paypal holding it only to be told 'we don't have a complaints department'. You can't dispute a pending transaction and their 'How to make a formal complaint against paypal' link is convieniently a dead end. Have now sent an email and left a public message on facebook stating it's completey wrong and I will escalate it to court if I don't have an actual, unscripted person give me some idea of when I'll see my money. It's more the principal now than anything. I even begged the lady today to close her script and talk to me like an actual human only to be met with THE SAME answer the other 5 people I've spoken to had - 'I can tell this is important to you. The technical team have been made aware of your case and it will be in your account by tomorrow' So sad as before now I used to really reccomend Paypal to people.
