Hi everyone! On November 17 I made an $8 transaction with my PayPal for a VPS account. PayPal blocked that transaction due to security reasons and limited my account. I got an email asking for some personal documents and an explanation regarding the transaction. I uploaded everything they needed in the resolution center but to date I haven't heard back from them. The status of the case is "In progress". I called them, sent emails, waited. They didn't answer a single email I sent. Has anyone had a similar situation? Honestly I don't have much money in my account and I don't care if they close it down. But I'm truely amazed by how incompetent a big company can be! Such a poor customer service!
