i made a purchase on november 24 for a ground compactor plate on ebay uk, cost 329.98 pounds the seller informed that to ship to an address in europe he wanted an extra 65 pounds on top of the 24 pounds for delivery, the money came from my bank account, the sale was cancelled by the seller as he could not supply the item for the price he was advertising to sell at, since then the money has been held by paypal, for nothing i have done, the only mistake i made was purchasing the item in the first place, and now i have nothing but a load of hassle in trying to sort things out, i contacted paypal and spoke to their agent who told me it sometimes happens, now november 30th now 6 days after trying to buy, my money is still held. how long must i wait for it to be released.
