Hi, I am from the UK and my buyer from netherlands has issued an invoice for me to pay for the good, but then I missed it and pay it through a single "Send Money" function from my iPhone. My buyer said paying through "Send Money" with Goods and Services is not secure him as a seller and therefore refuse to send me the good. We have discussed about this and looking ways to get refund from Paypal instead of issuing a refund from him, because the paypal exchange rate is really bad and the refunding money from him will be much less then the original amount. I sent him £359 for the good and 14 euros for the paypal fee, he said the total amount he got from me now is 408 euros. So is it possible if paypal can step in and help me to refund the £359 and 14 euros?
