I can understand your frustration . I have two refunds pending from the same company. One made on the 17/11/16 and the other on the 23/11/16..These are still unavailabe and marked " pending " The company tell me the funds have cleared their end. The frustration is , when i ring paypal and actualy get to speak to someone, i get the impression they are reading from a script. I have in fact rung three times and on each ocassion I have been given different reasons as to why the amounts are still pending. In contrast when i had reason the ring my credit card company over problem, a real person dealt with the problem straight away. Once this is resolved, i will never again use paypal as a means of buying any items from independant retailers, instead i will always use my credit card and leave paypal to buy low cost nuts and bolts etc from e-bay
