I sold an item on eBay end of November and PayPal informed me that they would be holding on to my funds for a maximum of 21 days, but that certain things can be done in order to shorten this time. I did all of those things and made a phone call to PayPal who confirmed my funds would be released today - Monday, December 12th, 2016. It has just passed the 11 O'Clock mark and I haven't heard anything from PayPal. Needless to say my funds are still pending. I do not have a mobile phone on me and so I cannot call them. Can somebody from PayPal please respond to this message. I have carried out every single request PayPal have asked of me in terms of process: i.e added a tracking number, changed status to dispatched, phoned paypal receiving a verbal confirmation of today being the date. I am not entirely sure what else it is I must do. I understand why PayPal are doing this and I'm ok with it, but this is beginning to really grate.
