Hi, I bought an item on Depop (authorised through Depop instant payment) but found out from the seller that the delivey time was very long and they kindly offered a refund which I took them up on. I've not received the refund, there's nothing pending in my account, no email, no trace of it all but they claim they've sent it. How do I go about disputing this? I can open a dispute using the transaction info from the orginal purchase but the reasons to select for doing so are only to do with the item (not received, not as described). Thanks.
