I know it's a fairly old post, but figured I would add an answer, as I just discovered how to do this. Now that Paypal has a new format, it took me half an hour of searching to figure out how to download a CSV Comma Delimited file of my customer's email addresses. After logging into Paypal, the top bar should list an option called "Activity" (it's right next to the "summary" tab). Click on Activity. Next, click the little arrow next to "Statements" (over on the right-hand side of hte page). Select "Activity Export" It will now allow you to enter your custom date range and file type. I usually select "comma delimited - all activity" - as this imports every single email and physical address into an excel spreadsheet. Then, once the spreadsheet arrives in my email (after about 12 hours), I sort it according to my needs. Hope this post helps save time for somebody!!
