Having an issue with the Beneficial Owners section. Each time I attempt to show the single beneficial owner (me), an error pops up to say that PayPal is experiencing technical difficulties and for me to return later. This has been happening for 4 days now. Everything else in the verification area has been completed. I phoned PayPal today and was advised to upload the beneficial owner information. I took this straight from companies house. However, I haven't had an email to say PayPal received this. Should I? Any help on the question or news about the Beneficial Owner technical error is appreciated.
