Well, the company I'm buying from is in the US, but they appear to have another company in Ireland handle purchases, so when I buy the product, the charge comes from Ireland, and the One Vanilla cards only work in US or US territories, so even though they are charging me USD the fact that it comes from Ireland means they block it. That's what they told me when I called, anyway. Are the test charges refunded immediately or do I need to have extra money in the card to cover that? The product I'm buying is worth 25$, should I have more than that in the card (I don't)? These cards only seem to need a zip code when I call to activate, is that enough?
