I have recently moved from the UK to Hong Kong and no longer have a UK phone number. When I login, I am sometimes told that a message is being sent to my phone number to confirm it's me logging in. I can't get around this when it happens, as I do not have that phone anymore. I have tried to update my new phone number SEVERAL times, but it won't accept it as it is a HK number (have tried a variety of formats). I assume it doesn't work as it's not a British number? I spoke to one of your colleagues via encrypted messages on the site but she didn't seem to be able to help or tell me what the problem was/why I couldn't update the number. I wouldn't mind closing this PayPal account and setting up a Hong Kong account, except I am currently making a finance payment with Apple through PayPal and therefore cannot close the account yet. What can I do about the phone number?! It's problematic as I have to login to make these credit payments. Thanks
