Hi, I moved from the UK to Brazil and I have successfully confirmed a Brazilian credit card with Paypal, but the system does not allow me to use it. My billing address is still my former address in the UK. Can you please let me know if that is the problem, if so, should I close my account and open a new one with my billing address in Brazil?
