Okay so ill start off from this. I made a payment for an online purchase, and it went as an eCheck because i paid from my bank account. I told the guy to cancel it and retry so it completes instantly. We did so and it worked but I did not notice until a month later that i payed from my bank again, which I had no money in, and the balance stayed in my paypal after he canceled the payment. I dont understand how the first time I payed, it payed with my bank when I had no balance in paypal but when I payed the second time, it payed with my bank again when I had balance in my paypal.
