I have created an invoice that I can see in templates and in draft. When I click on Edit in drafts I cannot find a way to make it active. My options to send include Send via PayPal or Share link myself, but neither of these make the invoice show as active so it will go out to whoever makes a future purchase! The save options are only save as draft and save as template, so neither of them say to save as active. In My templates it does say the name of my template and (default), but I don't think this makes it active. Clients say they are getting my real name in their email when they make a purchase and the invoice I prepared in drafts does not contain my real name. Please help! ... View more

Hi, I did quite a bit of searching and tried different options/edits to try and get my real name not to be sent to the email of people who send money. There seem to be different settings that can make the real name be sent though, and some of the recommendations I found online don't seem to be working.    So I'm looking here before contacting customer support in hopes someone can help me. I asked a client who got an email showing my name to send me a screenshot of what they see, and here is what they sent me:     I verified my real name is not in the active invoice, so I don't think that's what's causing it.  Where do I change it so that it doesn't show up in the way he sees it? Well of course I added those things! My post was because that didn't work. Anyway, it required me calling into PayPal and having someone add the bank over the phone. There wasn't anything I could type in the fields that they gave me that would work. ... View more
