I appreciate you trying to help, but none of your solutions address the underlying problem, which is that PayPal, without ANY notification or authorization from me, switched my default transaction method from my CC to its credit line. That's a huge issue, don't you think? And it's not a matter of my account being hacked. I'm still receiving emails from them, including my current credit line balance and confirmation that, yes, I only want to use my CC for online transactions through PayPal after I manually set that option again upon noticing this mess up. Furthermore, given that PayPal already has my CC info on file, it shouldn't be an issue for them to remove the transactions from their own credit line and charge my card with them instead.
