I have been fighting this problem for 2 weeks now. Neither of my cell phone numbers....both of which have been verified...show up during a security verification check. So I cannot verify my account and use it unless I am at home on my home IP address. When I do try to add my already verified mobile number, it will not let me and shows an error message that this number is not registered in my name! Why hasn't PayPal fixed this problem?
